TSI specializes in solving AOG requirements. We will leverage our extensive experience and existing contracts with OEM's and surplus inventories to provide our customers with the best in initial, as well as supplemental provisioning programs.
Most facilities handle each component as an independent entity and feel their job is completed upon shipment to the customer.

At TSI, we take several steps further:

STATUS REPORTS – Our customers receive a Weekly updated status report that allows them to properly plan their support requirements on every component received by our facilities.

TAIL NUMBER REPORTS – We analyze every component received by the specific aircraft and position from which it has been removed on a quarterly basis; then generate a report by aircraft that assist determining if there seems to be any system problems which create component failures.

ALERT NOTICES – If a system problem is detected, we immediately send an alert notice to the maintenance department and the repair department coordinator for their evaluation.

We have found that providing these additional services allows the customer to feel more confident that their support needs are being met, and enables them to realize cost savings.
